Terms and Conditions for Nails by Nicci
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Nails by Nicci, a sole trader nail technician. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointments
Booking: Appointments must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of full service amount.
Late Arrivals: If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. Appointments exceeding 15 minutes of lateness may be treated as a no-show.
2. Payments
50% non refundable deposit to be made when booking to secure appointment and the remainder of payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, card.
3. Health and Safety
Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections that may affect the service.
Services will not be provided if you have any visible signs of infection, fungal issues, or other contraindications.
I follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure your safety.
4. Services
All services are provided as described at the time of booking. Any additional services or changes during the appointment may incur additional charges.
Results may vary depending on individual nail conditions and aftercare.
5. Aftercare
Aftercare advice will be provided for every treatment. Failure to follow this advice may affect the longevity of your nails, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
6. Refunds and Complaints
Refunds are not offered for completed services. If you are unhappy with the results, please contact me within 48 hours so I can address your concerns.
I will do my best to rectify any issues if they arise due to the service provided.
7. Liability
I am not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions or allergies prior to the service.
While I take all reasonable precautions, I cannot be held liable for any damage caused to clothing, belongings, or personal injury during the service.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and will not be shared without your consent.
9. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on my website
